Any work we perform for you is governed by a separate signed agreement setting out scope, fees, intellectual property and liability. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a fee quotation, or professional advice for your specific circumstances.
Our standard position on intellectual property is that all deliverables, including source code, infrastructure definitions, trained models and documentation, are assigned to the client on payment. Where an engagement varies this, the contract says so explicitly.
Case studies on this site describe real engagements and figures agreed with the client at the time of publication. They are examples, not guarantees: your context, data and constraints will differ, and we make no representation that a similar result is achievable for you.
Technical articles reflect our view at the date of writing. We do not undertake to update them as tools and practices change.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and the courts of the Dominican Republic have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
