This notice explains what personal data TekRouting Ltd collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It was last reviewed in January 2026.
We collect personal data when you contact us through this website, subscribe to our newsletter, attend an event we run, or work with us under a client or supplier contract. We do not buy contact lists and we do not enrich the data you give us with third-party profiles.
The personal data we hold is typically limited to: your name, your business email address and telephone number, your job title and employer, and the content of the messages you send us.
We process contact details to reply to enquiries, to perform a contract with you or your employer, and to send occasional updates you have asked for. Where we rely on legitimate interests, that interest is running a business-to-business consultancy and responding to people who approach us.
You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing us. Withdrawing it does not affect our ability to deliver work under a contract.
This site sets a single functional cookie to remember whether you have dismissed notices. We use privacy-preserving analytics that records page views without setting identifying cookies or sharing data with advertising networks.
You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of this site.
We share personal data with processors who host our systems and deliver our email, all under written data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
Client project data stays in the client’s own infrastructure. Where an engagement requires us to process personal data on a client’s behalf, we do so as a processor under their instructions and their retention rules.
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months. Contract records are kept for seven years to meet statutory accounting obligations.
You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Write to privacy@nexora.io and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
We review this notice annually and whenever we change a system that handles personal data. Material changes are announced on this page with a revised review date; we do not retroactively reduce your rights under a previous version.
